Each factory will have different production processes for network transformers. This article aims to describe the production processes that network transformers generally go through.
The production process of network transformers usually includes the following steps:

Design and R&D
First, design and R&D of network transformers are required. This includes determining the specifications, performance, materials, structure and other requirements of the network transformer, as well as performing circuit design and simulation.
Material procurement
Next, the materials and components needed for the network transformer need to be purchased. This includes solenoid coils, cores, insulating materials, terminals, housings, etc.
Manufacturing and assembly
After the material procurement is completed, the network transformer needs to be manufactured and assembled. This includes assembling the core and solenoid, installing insulation and terminals, and installing housings and signs.
Commissioning and testing
After the network transformer is manufactured and assembled, commissioning and testing are required. This includes checking that the circuit connections are correct, measuring parameters such as voltage and current, and performing load tests and performance tests.
Packaging and shipping
Finally, the network transformer needs to be packaged and shipped. This includes packing the network transformer into a suitable packing box, and marking the product model, batch, production date and quality certification and other information, to facilitate transportation and sales.
It should be noted that the production process of different enterprises and products may be different, but usually includes the above steps. At the same time, quality control and safety need to be paid attention to during the production process.
