As of now, global demand for network equipment products seems to be increasing significantly. As one of the necessary components for network-end equipment products, network transformers have a relatively strong market demand. As a manufacturer of transformers, Cetus brand also develops/produces/sells such products!

What is a CHIP LAN network transformer?
Cetus brand CHIP LAN network transformers are produced by fully automated machines. Compared with the traditional annular winding method. 
This product uses I-shaped winding and a cover plate to form a similar chip inductor. 
This product has several different parameters for customers to choose from. Customers can order products that meet their actual needs.

Which type of chip structure is currently most used?
We usually divide chip network transformers into two main structures: inductive type and capacitive type.

Inductive structure
This structure evolved from the traditional toroidal transformer. Compared with the traditional toroidal transformer, it is also composed of two rings. One with a voltage transformation function, a filtering function, and a common mode suppression function. 
Its basic functions and uses are almost the same as those of traditional transformers. However, the structural cost of this product is relatively high.

Capacitive structure
This structure replaces the transformer part with a filter capacitor. Products with this structure have better cost advantages.
